Refund, Replacement and Return Policy
Every Glow Up Baddie Co. product is made especially for each customer. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, a change of mind, or selecting the wrong size or color.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@glowupbaddiestudio.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Wrong Size or Color Selected by the Customer
We do not accept returns or exchanges when the customer selected the wrong size or color when placing the order.
If the item or size received is different from what was ordered, please contact us because this is considered a fulfillment error.
Returns
Please do not mail an item back unless Glow Up Baddie Co. specifically instructs you to do so.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. In most approved damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment-error cases, returning the original item will not be required.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
After the refund is processed, please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to post the funds to your account.
